At the moment, we still focus more on the investment heavy area, such as Canggu up to Seseh, then Uluwatu from Ungasan to Bingin area.
How do you select the properties?
Our main focus is finding high yield potential property. Based on our criteria, the two areas that fit this requirement are either around Uluwatu/Bingin or Canggu/Pererenan area. Additionally, the developer has to have finished project, good track record, proper construction.
