HISTORY
BALI STRAT was founded in 2025 by Freddy, who previously closed more than 100 property deals worth over $25 million as a realtor at Propertia Bali. After building his first villa, he saw the need for a service that worked solely for the buyer. Today, BALI STRAT exists to ensure every client makes informed, secure, and profitable investments in Bali.
BALI STRAT is built on independent due diligence. Our team includes former PwC legal and tax specialists and co‑founder Luis Valerius, who leads construction and build‑quality reviews. Together we cover the legal, financial, and technical risks other teams miss.
