We fully utilized all the tools and framework, from doing extensive actual ROI projection, Property True Value (PTV), construction inspection, and assisted handover. Using our data, we were able to spot undervalued property, both finished and off-plan villas, and tailored specific rental strategy adjustment on each villas.
