Mr. D comes as a fresh lead from South Africa back in 2022, where he initially curious with Bali real estate market.
We fully utilized all the tools and framework, from doing extensive actual ROI projection, Property True Value (PTV), construction inspection, and assisted handover. Using our data, we were able to spot undervalued property, both finished and off-plan villas, and tailored specific rental strategy adjustment on each villas.
From 2022 - 2024, we successfully help Mr.D closed 4 units, and all villas are rented at +18% net ROI yearly, some even close to 25% net ROI.
